As anybody who has visited India would know, the country is a land of extremes.
There is extreme beauty and extreme poverty, a land of hundreds of dialects and
languages, a place where every fifty miles, you will see a change of scene.
There are so many religions and elements of cultures that you will need a
reference book just to read the front page of the newspaper.
For either the first time visitor or the Indophile,
India for Visitors was started with the intent of providing all the
information about India that one might ever need. As time goes by, we
hope to add more information to help you plan a visit to India.
