| 1 liter | Milk |
| 1/2 cup | Uncooked Rice |
| 1 1/2 cup | Sugar |
| 4 | Cardamoms |
| 10 | Almonds |
| 15 | Pistachio |
| 4-5 drops | Rose water |
Preparation
- Soak rice in water for two hours.
- Drain water and dry thoroughly.
- Grind the rice until the rice is finely powdered.
- Bring milk to boil on high flame.
- Stir continuously to avoid cream forming on top.
- Reduce heat and add powdered rice and sugar, stirring continuously for 15 minutes till thickened.
- Remove from heat.
- Add rose water and cardamom powder after cooling to room temperature.
- Pour into a bowl and sprinkle grated almonds and pistachios on top.
- Cover with silver foil and set under refrigeration for at least two hours before serving.
