| 1/2 lb | Fresh Green Beans |
| 1 | Medium Sized Onion |
| 5 | Green Chillies |
| 2 tbsp | Lemon Juice |
| 4 tbsp | Grated Coconut |
| | Salt to taste |
| 1 tbsp | Oil |
| 1/2 tsp | Mint |
| 1 tsp | Powdered Ginger |
Preparation
- Clean & cut the beans into small pieces.
- Slit the green chilies, chop the onion.
- Fry the beans with very little oil until tender (or microwave the beans first & then fry )
- Take it off the stove & add onions, green chilies, salt, grated coconut& lemon juice.
