Ingredients

Amount Ingredients
1Large Onion
2Green peppers
2Large tomatoes
1/2 lbBrocoli
1/2 lbCauliflower
4 tbspMargarine
1 tspRed Chili Powder
1/2 tspTurmeric
1Ginger
3 clovesGarlic
2 tbspWhite Vinegar
2 tbspTomato Puree
1 1/2 tspSalt

Preparation

  • Chop onion, cut green peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, and cauliflower into 1 in. cubes.
  • Melt margarine and saute onion.
  • Add all the remaining vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
  • Add the spices and vinegar.
  • Stir in the tomato puree, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and fresh-ground pepper.
