Ingredients

1 lbPaneer
1/2 tbspAll-purpose Flour
1/2 tbspBaking Powder
3/4 cupCream
1 cupTomato Sauce
4Onions
2 tspGinger-garlic paste
1 tbspKhash-khas
10 piecesCashewnuts
1/2 tspTurmeric
3/4 tspGaram Masala
1/2 tspSalt
4 tbspOil
2 tbspGround Coriander Leaves

Preparation

  • Take baking powder, paneer & flour in a bowl and beat them until soften.
  • Make small balls and deep fry at high flame, and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in pan and sautee onion till translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste to the above and mix.
  • Grind cashew & khas-khas and mix it to the above. Add tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Add turmeric powder, salt and 3/4 cup of water. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Leave 2 tbsp cream aside and add rest to the above gravy. Add garam masala and mix well. Pour gravy in serving pan.
  • Add the fried paneer balls to the gravy and garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
