| 1 lb | Paneer |
| 1/2 tbsp | All-purpose Flour |
| 1/2 tbsp | Baking Powder |
| 3/4 cup | Cream |
| 1 cup | Tomato Sauce |
| 4 | Onions |
| 2 tsp | Ginger-garlic paste |
| 1 tbsp | Khash-khas |
| 10 pieces | Cashewnuts |
| 1/2 tsp | Turmeric |
| 3/4 tsp | Garam Masala |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 4 tbsp | Oil |
| 2 tbsp | Ground Coriander Leaves |
Preparation
- Take baking powder, paneer & flour in a bowl and beat them until soften.
- Make small balls and deep fry at high flame, and keep aside.
- Heat oil in pan and sautee onion till translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste to the above and mix.
- Grind cashew & khas-khas and mix it to the above. Add tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Add turmeric powder, salt and 3/4 cup of water. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Leave 2 tbsp cream aside and add rest to the above gravy. Add garam masala and mix well. Pour gravy in serving pan.
- Add the fried paneer balls to the gravy and garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
