| 1/2 lb | Paneer |
| 1/2 lb | Green Peas |
| 2 | Medium choppped tomatoes |
| 1 | Chopped Onion |
| 2 tbsp | Minced Ginger |
| 2-3 | Garlic Pieces |
| 1/2 tsp | Turmeric |
| 1/2 tsp | Asafoetida |
| 1/2 tsp | Red Chili Powder |
| 1 tsp | Garam Masala |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 1 tbsp | Oil |

Preparation
- Boil the green peas till they are soft.
- Cut paneer into square pieces of desired size and deep fry in oil. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil, put ginger and garlic. Also add chopped onion and heat and sautee till the onion is translucent.
- Cook for few minutes on slow flame and then add red chilli powder and garam masala.
- Add the peas and again cook for a minute.
- Add little water and cook till it forms a gravy of enough consistency.
- Put the fried paneer pieces in the gravy and little butter if desired.
- Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves
