| 1/2 lb | Paneer |
| 4 | Medium choppped tomatoes |
| 1 | Capsicum |
| 1/2 tsp | Turmeric |
| 1/2 tsp | Red Chili Powder |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 tsp | Soya Sauce |
| 1 tbsp | Oil |
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and stir till onion becomes translucent.
- Grind the tomatoes to a puree in the mixer.
- Pass the puree through a fine sieve and add the puree to the mix.
- Put small pieces of capsicum along with turmeric powder, salt and red chili powder in the pan.
- Add tomato puree and soya sauce. Keep it for 5 minutes and add the paneer pieces and cook for a few more minutes till the paneer heats through and becomes soft.
