Ingredients

Amount Ingredients
1/2 lbPaneer
4Medium choppped tomatoes
1Capsicum
1/2 tspTurmeric
1/2 tspRed Chili Powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspSoya Sauce
1 tbspOil

Preparation

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and stir till onion becomes translucent.
  • Grind the tomatoes to a puree in the mixer.
  • Pass the puree through a fine sieve and add the puree to the mix.
  • Put small pieces of capsicum along with turmeric powder, salt and red chili powder in the pan.
  • Add tomato puree and soya sauce. Keep it for 5 minutes and add the paneer pieces and cook for a few more minutes till the paneer heats through and becomes soft.
