| 1/2 lb | Paneer |
| 2 | Medium choppped tomatoes |
| 1 | Chopped Onion |
| 2 tbsp | Minced Ginger |
| 2-3 | Minced Green Chillies |
| 1/2 tsp | Turmeric |
| 1/4 cup | Beaten curd |
| 1/2 tsp | Red Chili Powder |
| 1 tsp | Garam Masala |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 cup | Milk |
| 3 tbsp | Butter |
| 2 tbsp | Coriander Leaves |

Preparation
- Cut paneer into cubes of desired size (say 2" size cubes).
- Heat half the butter, put ginger, cardamom and garlic. Also add chopped onion and heat and sautee till the onion is translucent.
- Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat till a nice paste is formed and the liquid drains out.
- Add curd and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add little water and stir till it forms a gravy of enough consistency.
- Heat remaining butter, add gravy from top and add everything except for the milk and paneer.
- Boil to get a very thick gravy.
- Just before serving, add the milk and the paneer cubes and boil for 3-4 minutes till the paneer is soft enough.
- Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves
